ওয়েস্ট বেঙ্গল কাউন্সিল অফ হায়ার সেকেন্ডারি এডুকেশন (WBCHSE) কর্তৃক একাদশ-দ্বাদশ শ্রেণীর (Class XI-XII) ছাত্র-ছাত্রীদের জন্য ইতিহাস (History) বিষয়ের নতুন সিলেবাস গঠন করা হয়েছে। যারা 2024-2025 শিক্ষাবর্ষে একাদশ শ্রেণীতে ভর্তি হয়েছে তাঁদের সময় থেকে সেমিস্টার (Semester) ভিত্তিক সিলেবাসে (Syllabus) পরীক্ষা দেওয়ার যাত্রা শুরু হবে। নতুন সিলেবাসে একাদশ শ্রেণীর জন্য দুটো সেমিস্টারে পরীক্ষা নেওয়া হবে; যথা- (ক) Semester-I এবং (খ) Semester-II।
